Postage and packing
Our site uses a shipping calculator to work out the cost to send your order by Royal Mail 2nd Class. This is based on your location and the weight/size of the items in your basket. Fixed price Parcelforce is also available or the only option for heavier items.
Dispatch times
Orders received before 2pm on a Monday or 2pm on a Wednesday are usually dispatched the same day for 24 hour deliveries, otherwise orders will be dispatched on OUR following working day (Mondays & Wednesdays).
Delivery times
Royal Mail: Aim to deliver within 2–3 working days, including Saturdays but excluding bank holidays. No signature required.
Parcelforce: 24 Express is guaranteed 1 working day, Global Priority is 2-5 working days depending on Country. Deliveries will require a signature.
Missing or lost items
Royal Mail: In the event that a package doesn’t arrive please notify us on 0113 246 8888. We will not consider items lost for 28 days.
Parcelforce: In the event that a parcel doesn’t arrive on time, please check the tracking details supplied, otherwise, please notify us on 0113 246 8888.
Delays
If there is a delay on your order we will contact you to explain why your order will be delayed and give you a new delivery date. If the delay is unacceptable to you then you have the right to cancel the order.
