You can choose between Royal Mail 2nd Class Parcel service or Parcelforce 24 Express service. Prices for each will be shown. For larger/heavier items and our Flowliner products, only Parcelforce can be used.
Items are sent using Parcelforce Worldwide Global Priority.
You can order online and collect by appointment only. We’ll let you know when you’re order is ready to collect.
Orders received before 12pm on a Monday or 12pm on a Thursday are usually dispatched the same day for 24 hour deliveries, otherwise orders will be dispatched on OUR following dispatch day.
Royal Mail: Aim to deliver within 2–3 working days, including Saturdays but excluding bank holidays. No signature required.
Courier: 24 hour Express is 1 working day from our dispatch day. Deliveries will require a signature.
Royal Mail: In the event that a package doesn’t arrive please notify us on 0113 246 8888. We will not consider items lost for 28 days.
Courier: In the event that a parcel doesn’t arrive on time, please check the tracking details supplied, otherwise, please notify us on 0113 246 8888.
If there is a delay on your order we will contact you to explain why your order will be delayed and give you a new delivery date. If the delay is unacceptable to you then you have the right to cancel the order.
